Full Job Description

BC Electrical Contractors Limited are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities., · Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.

· Process customer quotations and invoices.

· Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies.

· Cheque/BACS payments.

· Assist in the scheduling and co-ordination of the electricians/trades.

· Liaising with suppliers.

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.

· Perform data entry and update records as needed.

· Scheduling property maintenance and record keeping.

· Maintaining company vehicles (MOT/Service/Tax).

· Liaising with our property letting management agency and inputting rental monthly payments.

· Excellent attendance.

· Excellent organisation and time management skills.

· Experience of Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook).

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

· 1-2 years' experience in administration is required.

BC Electrical Contractors Ltd is a small family-owned business, our office is based in Ashton in Makerfield, but we carry out the majority of our electrical, building & renovation works in Wigan, Parbold, Mawdesley and surrounding areas.
