Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join the Corporate Services team, to manage client relationships and maximise the value they get from our product and services and to develop affiliate relationships. As the primary point of contact for our clients and affiliates, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.   • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and affiliates, addressing queries, concerns and providing timely responses to emails, phone calls and other communications.

  • Assist clients with onboarding, providing training and guidance as needed.


  • Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and affiliates, understanding their needs, objectives, and preferences to deliver support and solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients, and work collaboratively with the Head of Corporate Services to execute these opportunities.

  • Monitor clients' account health and proactively address any issues to ensure high client satisfaction and retention

  • Provide regular reports to clients on their account status and payment metrics, offering insights for optimization


  • Issue Resolution:
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by clients and affiliates, working collaboratively with internal teams to provide effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.


  • Customer Advocacy:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients and affiliates within the organisation, representing their interests and feedback to relevant teams to drive product enhancements and service improvements.


  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and professionalism in all client and affiliate interactions, maintaining a positive brand image and reputation.

    Proven experience in account management, client relations or customer service.

  • Experience with financial services preferrable

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferable, not essential.


  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills

  • A collaborative approach to working with others and committed to an inclusive environment

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
