Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Wholesale Manager to oversee our operations from our warehouse in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the wholesale distribution of our products to retailers nationwide, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and exceptional customer service., Oversee day-to-day operations at the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of merchandise.

Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources to optimize storage capacity and minimize costs.

Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular stock audits.

Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock in a timely manner and prevent stockouts of popular items.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and damages.

Manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Monitor order status and address any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery to retail partners.

Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and shipping costs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Proactively communicate with retail partners to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.

Supplier Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and lead times.

Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns regarding product quality, delivery delays, or other issues.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the wholesale market.

Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new product opportunities and potential areas for growth.

Proven experience in wholesale management, logistics, or warehouse operations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping processes is a plus.
