Ticketing Assistant - AO Arena, Manchester

To provide support for the Ticketing Managers and Head of Ticketing with administrative duties, reporting, and supervision of our casual staff on show days.,

• To provide general administration duties, reporting to key stakeholder, including our clients.


• To print and despatch tickets to agents, promoters, clients and sponsor.


• To manage internal request buys and our complimentary ticket scheme.


• To deal with telephone and e-mail queries


• To assist in the supervision of the Ticket Resolution casual staff and be their first line of support.


• To respond to enquiries and complaints from customers in person, over the phone and in writing.


• To ensure that all Box Office casual staff are kept informed of any amendments to company policy and/or working practices.


• To provide support to the Guest Service's department and the access scheme delivery process.


• To work event nights based on a agreed rota and act as Resolution Point Supervisor or Acting Ticketing Manager.


• Ensure post is dispatched on time to promotors, ticket agents and customer.


• Any other duties required by the Ticketing Operations Manager and senior management.
  
  Experience of Ticketmaster ticketing system is desired


• Experience of working with staff at all levels throughout a company


• Excellent written, telephone and interpersonal skills


• Experience of providing excellent customer care


• Desire to work within the live events industry


• Attention to detail


• Good administration skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel


• Examples of self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative


• Experience of building and sustaining good working relationships within a team
