Full Job Description

  • Undertake and complete product testing on current products (pre/post roll pack testing, Larson testing, Compression testing, etc).

  • Test and determine the outcome of quarantined wire buckets.

  • Test and determine the outcome of quarantined external and internal spring sheets.

  • Monitor current production on machines to ensure products are running to specification.

  • Assist with annual quality audits.

  • You will work towards the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard.

  • Your Apprenticeship training will take place at Printworks Campus.

  • Delivery model for this Apprentices is one day per week in college.

    Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Team working, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Essential
