full driving licence or willing to use public transport to reach clients location at various hours.

Experience of working with clients with complex care needs

Can commit to a variety of shift patterns.

Attendance at supervision and training sessions/courses, as requested.

Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions with the case manager.

• Personal or professional experience in interacting with children & young people with additional needs and disabilities


• A strong desire and commitment in promoting disabled children & young people's individual needs, skills, abilities.


• Must be proactive and be able to participate in activities alongside the young client such as swimming, bowling, music etc.


• Be committed, punctual & reliable.


• Must be enthusiastic and approachable and a good team player.

Our sweet, loving comedian in training naturally prefers being chauffeured around, so a full clean driving licence will be required - but a large, fully insured vehicle (mostly required for carrying around his ego) will be available.

Before employment can begin we do require all our employees to have a 2 week induction, this is where we would provide all the necessary mandatory training required to excel within your role, you will also complete shadow shifts. This 2 week induction is a mandatory requirement for the role.,
