Stock Controller

Because of this, we're looking to welcome a Stock Controller to our Supply Chain team, As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory of controlled substances within a high-volume cannabis manufacturing and wholesale environment.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Maintaining accurate records of all controlled substances, including receiving, storing, dispensing, and disposal.


• Performing regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure compliance.


• Implementing and managing lean manufacturing practices, including a stock management system.


• Generating regular reports and investigating any discrepancies daily, ensuring issues are monitored, resolved, or escalated where appropriate.


• Ensuring all controlled substances are handled and stored correctly by the whole team and a strict adherence to home office and MHRA regulations is maintained.


• Liaising with internal and external teams, assisting in audits when needed.
  
  We are looking for a Stock Controller who manages their time well and can organize & prioritize their own workload effectively. You must have excellent attention to detail, ensuring everything is done with accuracy, maintaining Curaleaf's high standards.


To be successful in this role, it is essential you:

• Have experience in high volume warehouse and stock management.


• an implement stock management policies.


• Are proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Demonstrate strong communication skills.


It would also be of great benefit if you have previously worked with stock with shelf-life limits.
