This role profile is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake. It may be changed from time to time to incorporate changing circumstances, and you may be required to be flexible and perform other duties as required by your manager. It does not form part of your contract of employment. Monday to Friday - Weekend Overtime opportunity also We are looking for Site Services Operatives to join our team with an immediate start, you will play a key role in the daily running of the site also assisting with project delivery. This is a forward-facing role with a high degree of customer interaction where you will work as a team with the client and other embedded contractors. You will join an established team delivering cleaning, grounds maintenance, security and site services to the client, your role will be on the site services team reporting directly to the site service supervisor and the client. Own Tools and vehicle NOT required, as provided by Customer. Opportunities

for Overtime (as and when required by Customer)

  • You will be required to undertake a range of small-scale repairs including the following trades: Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting/Decorating, Plastering, Wall and Floor Tiling and Roofing. Good knowledge of health and safety requirements, considering yourself, the team and those around you. Take responsibility for ensuring tools are maintained and fit for purpose. Ability to use appropriate access equipment. Requirements: Good general standard of education to National Level 2 - e.g. GCSEs A-C or equivalent. IT Literate and able to use standard MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel etc) Professional Qualifications Qualified to NVQ2 level in Building Maintenance, Multi Trade repair and refurbishment operations or demonstrate equivalent trade experience. Previous experience of working within the social housing sector is desirable but not essential. Valid CSCS card A good understanding of any of the

  • trades listed and can competently carry out repairs to a good standard.: Plastering, Plumbing Carpentry, Decorating.
  • Competent in carrying out minor decorating, plumbing or carpentry works. Knowledge of Maintenance Schedules/PPMs desirable High degree of integrity and honesty - leading by example. Excellent personnel, motivational and team building skills. Focused and Performance driven. Customer focussed with the ability to develop relationships quickly and effectively. Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a front-line environment. Ability to adopt a flexible approach to working hours as and when required in the performance of the role. Have a strong work ethic and take pride in work delivered. Driving Licence Required.
