Full Job Description

  • To provide support as necessary to the Regional Operations Manager.

  • To ensure services are followed up and executed with clear precise communication to the customer.

  • Support in providing information for the Senior Service Coordinator and Operations Manager to carry out pre and post reviews.

  • Liaison with the operations team from engineer to Regional Operations manager.

  • Covering other team members for annual leave and sickness

  • Provide admin support for the Senior Service Coordinator for compliance and reporting.

  • Closing all completed Repairs jobs and prepare invoices to be approved by the accounts team.

  • To have working knowledge on all Ascendant internal systems

  • Verify that the correct paperwork is uploaded onto the system and in a timely manner.

  • Preparing and distributing various written and statistical reports to provide analytical support to the management team.

  • Proactively trigger escalations when necessary

  • Assisting with procurement and raising orders when necessary

  • Proactively communicate progress to all stakeholders (ETA, outstanding works etc.)

  • Maintain the Service Management System in real time.

  • On request, this position can be assigned with other duties and responsibilities.

  • Accountable for the delivery of repair works

  • Prepares the overall repair program and resource planning.

  • Responsible for maintaining repairs documentation.

  • Updates information to company management systems.

  • Collaborates with Accounts payable / Controlling to ensure site activities are planned and executed in accordance with contractual payment terms and actual payments received.

  • Customer and Sub-contractor Relationship management

  • Develops and maintains a cordial and professional relationship with the sub-contractors.

    Competent with all appropriate Microsoft software apps

  • 3 years' experience minimum in a similar role desirable

  • Confident communicator

  • Good numeral skills

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.

  • Fluent in the English language
