Full Job Description

Customer Service Administrator required in Clevedon. We are a leading Hot Tub supplier looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking member to join our busy and rapidly expanding company.

You will be the first point of contact for customers contacting our service department. An excellent telephone manner is essential along with a passion to provide great customer service.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, clear spoken and is a team player, must be able to communicate well with both customers and suppliers. The position requires someone who is methodical and organised with accurate typing skills.

Principle Duties:

  • Answering customer queries, offering a basic diagnosis and liaising with operation manager for over the phone customer support.


  • booking appointments for our Service Technicians and Delivery Team Ensuring best use of time and travel distances.


  • Maintaining accurate contact details, booking records and stock movements via our database systems.


  • Liaise with the Service Manager, Suppliers, Accounts and Showrooms as necessary to ensure any discrepancies in stock, product, billing, shipping or customer specifications are resolved.


  • Process service reminders using the diary system.


  • Picking and packing when necessary, to ensure online orders are picked & packed within pledge time.


  • Organise and maintain accuracy for filing of customer documents to ensure accurate billing of goods supplied .


  • Recognise and follow safe procedures for lifting, moving or working within the office and warehouse and report any unsafe conditions immediately.


  • Assist the Service Manager with projects as necessary.


  • Develop relevant knowledge and skills and attend training and meetings as and when required.
