Server / Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages. Your role will also involve engaging with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Upsell additional menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in food preparation when needed

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional menu items
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
