SENIOR SPACE AND FACILITIES ASSISTANT GRADE 4

Reporting to Assistant Manager; Service Delivery and Continuity in our Customer Services Team, you will work as a member of the team to provide a high-quality, customer focused welcome to library users.

This is a key, hands-on role undertaking a range of duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment in our library buildings, including working on Reception and assisting with routine enquiries and collection handling as required. You will assist the relevant Supervisor in supporting staff and undertaking key back-office work such as processing job requests and fault reporting.

You will play an active part in contributing to the development of student focused services and spaces. The role will work across both library buildings, as required.

You should have a minimum of 3 GCSE or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above, including English and Maths.

Interviews are anticipated to take place week commencing 17 June 2024.
