Full Job Description

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Growth team. Working closely with our Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will be critical to ensuring we have the right range at the right time, to enable our domestic and global growth ambitions. You will be a passionate player in our plan to become a beloved, iconic British brand that cultivates joy, protects wildlife & empowers women.

In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders, to create new and commercial range structures for each season, while meticulously reporting on inventory position. As Merchandiser, you will be actively involved in the set up of new reporting tools and the roll out of WSSI's. You will de-risk and mature our buying strategy by having a commercial approach to understanding our core and best sellers and how to capitalise on newness.

Stock and Sales reporting

  • Forecasting stock within inventory plans and budgets, for each season

  • In season re-forecasting, feeding back key actions to the CGO

  • Protecting our stock position by forecasting demand and recommending rebuys based on lead times/MOQ's

  • Monitor and review SKU, collection and silhouette performance against target

  • Suggesting market specific promotions and activity to increase sales and avoid overstocks

  • Build and implement WSSI & OTB management to ensure sales and stock targets are achieved

  • Keeping up to date on any changes to the critical path, stock levels, availability dates etc

  • Building strategy, learnings and weekly reports for the wider team, whilst being confident in presenting your suggestions and actions to senior leadership

  • Analysing and collating data to provide support to the team in decision making.

  • Provide quarterly in depth analysis for all channels, sharing with Design team to support new products development.


  • Range Management
  • Help to create, inform, and influence the range framework to support with achieving business goals

  • Collate and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks to plan the range architecture

  • Balancing customer type, price level, SKU count, silhouette mix, risk profile and colour selection throughout all product ranges each season, to ensure range appeal across all markets

  • Identifying best sellers and move-ons needed to generate new sales

  • Help to establish a consistent pricing architecture across the ranges whilst being mindful of the competition and any promotional activity we may wish to implement

  • Manage the range framework in conjunction with the Chief of Growth, along with the Buying & Design team ensuring that the best product is being brought into the business Recommend liquidation timing and channels preferred.



  • Min. 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-growing eCommerce business

  • Comfortable operating in an ever-changing environment and able to adapt and thrive in a high-growth start-up

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets abilities - Ability to set up & maintain reports. Dealing with large spreadsheets & data sets

  • Comfortable working through (and making sense of) large sets of unstructured data

  • Experience and knowledge of Product Assortment

  • Experience in setting up and maintaining merchandise planning tools

  • We work a hybrid model, you must be able to travel to our HQ at AL9 6NE as required, this will be a minimum of one day a week.
