Full Job Description

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in developing and executing winning marketing strategies for our diverse clients in fintech. You will be responsible for creating engaging content strategies, managing multiple platforms, and building vibrant online communities.

You will be skilled at breaking complex fintech topics into engaging, interactive content and bringing fresh ideas. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to our brand's success.,

  • Daily Project Management of internal agency and external client tasks and timelines set and agreed with the agency team and Partner.

  • Developing and growing the Wolfden brand.

  • Supporting Wolfden client's marketing needs across a range of marketing channels.

  • Working collaboratively with sales, revenue, compliance, operations and the wider business to support Wolfden sister brands.

  • Support, manage and inspire two direct reports (Junior Community Managers) to ensure they deliver quality work and results within agreed deadlines

  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns to complement and accelerate organic activity.

  • Weekly reporting to the agency Partner to communicate achievements, priorities and support required.

  • Market research, Audience research and other ad-hoc business requests as required.

  • Administrative tasks, including tracking Wolfden marketing spend and invoices.

    At least 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results (brand awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention) in Fintech.

  • Strong people management, project management, task management and organisational skills. Highly organised and able to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, written english with a strong eye for detail.

  • Both strategic and hands on. Comfortable setting strategies and the day-to-day execution of campaigns and product launches from ideas to implementation that drive commercial results.

  • You have strong creative and storytelling skills to build our brands in new and innovative ways.

  • A broad range of Marketing experience covering brand, collateral, product marketing, social media management and community building, event management, content marketing, SEO, demand generation, customer marketing and segmentation, PR, and reporting and analysis.

  • An in-depth knowledge of marketing platforms, trends, best practices, and familiarity with emerging platforms.

  • Solid understanding of marketing analytical tools and experience in account configuration and conversion tracking.

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

    You're a communications, content marketing, and brand-building expert with a high proficiency in English. You are comfortable producing anything from company pitch decks to engaging newsletters, social media copy, and video scripts.

    Curious by nature, you make it your mission to understand your target audience and draw out these insights in your copy. You know what good looks like and spot what is on and off-brand.

    You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and are equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively. You have positive, upbeat energy, are highly adaptable, and are willing to embrace new challenges., Must have proof of right to work in the UK.,
