Full Job Description

What you will get up to day to day

  • Campaign Management: Own the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote all NBS products across multiple channels, including digital, website, social media, email, webinars, and traditional channels - to drive marketing qualified leads and customer retention.

  • Product Marketing: Own product marketing communications for specific product; to support usage and growth of the platform for end users and retention of customers.

  • Content Creation: Create content to deliver campaigns and promote NBS brand including social media posts, case studies, email newsletters, and marketing and sales collateral. Ability to take a benefit led approach to bring our value proposition to life, for customers and prospects.

  • Webinar & Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars.

  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with sales and product teams to gather requirements and provide updates on marketing activities. Develop strong relationships for cross-functional collaboration to support the delivery of marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Marketing Services: Own NBS Marketing Services, and deliver bookings, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

  • Social and email schedule: Ownership of the organic social and email schedule to ensure alignment of campaign messages and content promotion.     has previous experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or coordinator looking to step up.

  • has a Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, and/or has a CIM qualification or similar.

  • has the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • is a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding but understands the importance of reporting on ROI.

  • is a strong team player and a self-starter who once the direction is set runs with it.

  • demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • has demonstrable experience with marketing software/tools (e.g. website CMS, Sprout Social, Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics). (some, not all essential).

  • a working knowledge of the construction industry (desirable).

  • basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (not essential).
