Full Job Description

As a Senior CGI Artist, you will be pivotal in producing high-quality CGI assets, both static and animated, according to customer specifications. Your role will involve:

· Demonstrating a strong understanding of CGI modeling workflow and geometry.

· Creating photorealistic materials using advanced techniques involving bump maps, displacement maps, and normal maps.

· Mastering UV Mapping and utilizing industry-standard CGI software like 3DS Max with VRay, as well as artwork production tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.

· Developing photorealistic lighting to enhance visual presentation, alongside excellent skills in composition, color, texture, and lighting.

· Building complex static and animated CGI assets, demonstrating exceptional skill in animation techniques.

· Guiding, advising, and mentoring less experienced members of the team, promoting best practices.

· Participating in client meetings and delivering demonstrations to showcase advanced CGI capabilities.

We are searching for a highly skilled CGI artist with:

· A minimum of 5 years of experience within the CGI industry, with a strong emphasis on animation and realistic rendering.

· Proven experience with 3DS Max/V-Ray to create high quality rendered images. Post-production software such as After Effects is desirable.

· Exceptional creativity and attention to detail

· A solid understanding of photography is desirable.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen and articulate ideas.

· Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels and collaborate within a team.

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills, adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

· Proactive problem-solving capabilities, coaching skills, and decision-making skills.
