Naturals at building rapport and with a talent for sales, our newest Travel Expert will join our vibrant, service-driven Holiday Experience Team as we ramp up for our busy peak booking period.
Joining this sales-focussed position, you can make the most of our generous commission scheme with average earners achieving up to £800 per month on top of their monthly salary.
In return for your hard-work, we can ensure you join a vibrant, inclusive work culture and make the most of fantastic career progression opportunities alongside some impressive company benefits!, Expertly dealing with Holidaymakers bookings both over the phone and via our digital channel, our newest addition will handle each inbound and outbound calls from our Customers with the upmost professionalism and capability, ensuring our booking experience remains gold-standard and our customers leave every call impressed with our offering.

Perfect for those with a passion for travel, who have experience working within a call centre or customer service environment or simply driven in delivering a standout, competent service, this role promises expert training to ensure you reach success quickly whilst you join a close-knit, vibrant and dynamic team of Experts as you recommend products to enhance each Customers holiday.

We are looking for those with a previous experience in sales, whether this be through face to face, over the phone or through digital channels!
We want to hear from those with a strong track record of working successfully to sales targets, who hold excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly build a rapport with a new customer, as well as good negotiation skills.
Our newest additions will be IT literate, and prepared to recognise and suggest improvement areas for the business.
To succeed in the role, you will be motivated and results driven with an ability to work under pressure. You will be customer-orientated and an excellent team player. You will also be reliable and punctual with good attention to detail.
This is the perfect position for an experience sales professional with a strong track record of working to (and exceeding) agreed targets for booking conversion and maximising sales opportunities and more importantly shine within their newest career challenge!

Skills and Qualifications

We will provide full training on our range of systems and customer skills, all driven by our inhouse Training Team, dedicated to ensuring you get off to the best start in your new role!
All we ask is you have the following (we can handle the rest):

  • Previous experience dealing with Customers over the phone or through digital channels

  • Proven track record meeting sales targets

  • Strong sales experience (through retail, travel, telephony, face to face or online)

  • Ability to perform well under pressure

  • Ability to think on your feet

  • Previous Customer Service experience

  • Driven attitude and excellent work ethic

  • Paying £22,308 per annum plus opportunity to earn up to £800 pcm (OTE £30,000 per annum)

  • Covering evenings and weekend shifts, 9am-5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm
