Full Job Description

The Sales Consultant will focus on the heart of our brand's main objective, offering great, tailored customer service. A Sales Consultant is often the first point of communication when a prospective client reaches out to the brand, therefore, a passion for delivering excellent service and a naturally friendly demeanour is needed. Using these qualities and drive to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will play a substantial role within The Handbag Clinic.

The role of a Sales Consultant at The Handbag Clinic will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and expert advice for all our services

  • Providing bespoke quotes for restoration

  • Driving the sales in-store of our range of pre-owned designer handbags

  • Ensuring the process of any items dropped off for re-sale.

  • Maintaining a visually appealing store, and ensuring handbags are displayed in an eye-catching manner
