Retail Projects Assistant | Cynorthwyydd Prosiectau Manwerthu

The Retail Project Assistant will be responsible for the delivery of project activities for Pay As You Go (PAYG) and Retail Systems workstreams. Support the operation, strategy and processes for TfW's PAYG service, and support the Retail Project Manager with the successful deployment and integration of PAYG technology across the Metro areas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Support the implementation and delivery of the PAYG scheme across TfW's network, and support the infrastructure, process and strategies relating to PAYG.

· Be the retail representative on the PAYG project team and support the retail proposition workstream and delivery of PAYG revenue protection strategies.

· Responsible for the delivery of project activities relating to Retail System and Cost of Sale.

· Work closely with the Retail Project Manager and Retail Systems Managers on managing the impact of changes to retail and ticketing operating model and systems.

· Experience of delivering projects.

· Effective communicator with good verbal and written skills.

· Organisational, planning and prioritisation skills including financial.

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Welsh Language Skills

The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.

Bydd y Cynorthwyydd Prosiectau Manwerthu yn gyfrifol am gyflawni gweithgareddau prosiect ar gyfer ffrydiau gwaith Talu Wrth Fynd (PAYG) a Systemau Manwerthu. Cefnogi gweithrediad, strategaeth a phrosesau gwasanaeth PAYG TrC, a chefnogi'r Rheolwr Prosiectau Manwerthu i gyflwyno ac integreiddio technoleg PAYG yn llwyddiannus ar draws ardaloedd y Metro.

Mae cyfrifoldebau'r swydd yn cynnwys y canlynol, ymhlith pethau eraill:

· Cefnogi'r gwaith o weithredu a chyflawni'r cynllun PAYG ar draws rhwydwaith TrC, a chefnogi'r seilwaith, y broses a'r strategaethau sy'n berthnasol i PAYG.

· Bod yn gynrychiolydd manwerthu ar gyfer y tîm prosiect PAYG a chefnogi ffrwd waith y cynnig manwerthu a chyflawni strategaethau diogelu refeniw PAYG.

· Bod yn gyfrifol am gyflawni gweithgareddau'r prosiect sy'n berthnasol i'r System Manwerthu a'r Gost Gwerthu.

· Gweithio'n agos â'r Rheolwr Prosiectau Manwerthu a'r Rheolwyr Systemau Manwerthu i reoli effaith newidiadau i systemau a model gweithredu manwerthu a thocynnau.
