Drive new business enquiries and open new accounts.

Know and understanding our products and USPs.

Secure meetings for them with any accounts to further strengthen sales and relationships.

Track and record sales and meetings using our CRM.

Are you a driven Sales / business development executive or account manager with an understanding of the Health and Safety Training Industry?

We're now seeking a proven and experienced B2B/B2C sales talent to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of selling and self lead generation across the construction and wider sectors for Health & Safety training and NVQs (Full training can be provided for the right person). We're seeking a proactive and engaging individual who can help create long term relationships with new customers and develop pipelines of interest for our ever growing product range. There will also be some scope to work with some pre-assigned Accounts with a view to developing incremental business from them. This role is open for growth and vast autonomy is given where trust and drive is expected., Proven work experience as a Sales/Business Development Executive working in a B2B or B2C environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Experience with CRM or other tracking sources.

Knowledge of health and safety training, or some knowledge.

Sales in H&S is an excellent role given that training is often mandatory and therefore is needed. And with funding available it's even better and more accessible to a range of clients.
