Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person

- Liaise with HMRC to assist clients with their basic tax affairs
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and basic troubleshooting
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
