Overseeing the production process, drafting a production schedule and ensuring it is adhered to.

Supervise staff to produce manufactured products and organise and monitor workflow.

Accomplish manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Maintain workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems.

Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results.

Maintain a quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards and ensure the quality of the mats being produced meet the required standards.

Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.

Research and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to improve efficiency of processes and reduce unnecessary costs.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will ensure that our manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements. Overseeing the manufacturing and delivery process of Underfloor Heating mats for various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule, Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing setting.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
