Full Job Description

· Manage the receipt of new requests, and initiate the process for supplier validations on the in house Comply system.

· Support internal and external users of the Comply platform in the completion and review of supplier questionnaires.

· Ensure the ongoing validation of suppliers by managing a process for receipt of certificates and other documents as required by the business.

· Support the Senior Materials Analyst in the delivery of Project Bolt, a program to re-distribute existing stocks of transformers, and to maintain control of future orders.

· Undertake ad hoc purchase ordering and receipts.

· An understanding of supply chain processes

· Experience using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel

· Excellent communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Good time management
