Full Job Description

You will liaise with customers, clients and work colleagues, primarily by telephone, to ensure property repairs and maintenance works are planned and carried out as required.

You will be able to create, maintain and store documents in accordance with the approved systems to ensure records can be located efficiently and will manage enquiries effectively, providing clear and accurate advice or signposting as appropriate, escalating complaints and complex queries via the agreed route.

We're looking for someone with previous experience of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. You'll be results focused and able to take ownership of tasks. You'll need to be a good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are customer focused and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. It would be advantageous if you have previously worked within a social housing setting.

We're now looking for a new Planner in our Responsive team in Carlisle, who will carry out appointment planning and general administration activities to support service delivery in the Cumbria region.
