Full Job Description

  • Any tasks from directors to be dealt on priority basis.

  • Organising meetings , hiring venues , taking minutes.

  • Within the work hours additional tasks may be given by directors from other

  • businesses from the same group.
  • Covering a school contract work either as Driver or Passenger assistant on a daily

  • basis as required.
  • Managing admin staff in the office and abroad. Assigning tasks for all admin staff.

  • Managing the company vehicles and drivers. (licensing, repairs, maintenance,making

  • sure all vehicle have Insurance,Mot,License ,breakdown cover etc)
  • Onboarding new staff, advertising for new staff, training and keeping all the badges

  • and paperworks up to date as per the councils requirement.
  • Dealing with ad hoc tasks as they come along.

  • the companies new and existing routes

  • managing the payments/invoices/salaries for all employed and self employed staffs

  • Prioritising and Organizing Work

  • Dealing with subscriptions , bills and expenses.

    Must have a UK driving licence with no more than 6 points in the licence.

  • Should be able to drive small cars to big minibuses such as Peugeot boxer/Renault

  • master etc
  • Should have at least 1 year's management experience. (Relevant to the transport

  • /Taxi company would be ideal but not limited to as training will be provided for the
    role.)
  • Be flexible to work out of hours and weekends if required.

  • Must have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions.

  • Must be familiar with confidentiality and GDPR rules.

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft office.

  • References from previous employments
