Full Job Description

our Brierley Hill site and will be responsible for developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies for Whittan's
Pallet Racking portfolio using SEO, PPC and other techniques to drive traffic to specific customer personas to company pages and
generate interest in company products and services, measured using salesforce CRM dashboards.,

  • Develop engaging online content including Social Media forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content

  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns

  • Analysing website data and customer data to define and recommend potential new segments to target.

  • Managing and developing personalisation competitor analysis reports.

  • Focusing on using website analytics data, customer analytics data and research methodologies for idea generation.

  • Monitoring Personalisation and testing campaigns and reporting on performance.

  • Using customer data to deliver personalised content at an individual level.

  • Delivering relevant data content, recommendations and social proof campaigns to business defined customer segments.

    Highly Analytical/Data Driven

  • Highly organised

  • Salesforce and Pardot knowledge

  • Proven marketing merchandiser, with experience of B2B.

  • Computer literate and excellent online skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Social Media platforms.


    • Desirable experience/skills/qualifications:

  • Related degree or equivalent

  • Adobe Creative Cloud suite

  • Experience of working in a multi-site manufacturing environment
