We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as Marketing Maternity Cover for 6-12 month period, approximately 21 hours per week, however this is flexible and can be discussed at interview.

Our core focus is to make "Vision a Reality by Constructing Great Projects". As the successful Marketing Maternity Cover you'll play a key role in supporting the implementation of marketing strategies to promote Cubby Construction's services and brand within the construction industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for marketing and an interest in the construction sector to contribute to the growth and success of our company. In addition to driving the growth of our business and enhancing our brand visibility, the Marketing Maternity Cover will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to create social value and make a positive impact through our marketing efforts.,

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Cubby Construction's services, in alignment with our core focus of making "Vision a Reality - Constructing Great Projects" and our commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.

  • Execute marketing campaigns, to effectively differentiate our brands in the market; across multiple channels, including digital marketing, print advertising, events, and public relations.

  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive engagement, traffic, and lead generation.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, and external agencies, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and support projects that have the potential to create positive social impact

  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and proposals, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and visual identity.

  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships to raise awareness of Cubby Construction and engage with key stakeholders.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support the execution of marketing initiatives and optimise resources effectively.

  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and inform future strategies and investments.

  • Measure and track the social impact of Cubby Construction's activities, using relevant metrics and indicators to assess our progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and construction to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.

    Relevant qualification(s) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Proven Experience in Marketing Roles.

  • Track Record of Developing and Executing Successful Marketing Strategies.

  • Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, social media management, email marketing, and analytics.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for events, meetings, and site visits across the North West and Scottish Borders.
