Full Job Description

Supporting the communications team, you'll be indulging your love of creativity and attention to detail. Supported by a dynamic and expert team, you will learn:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content for a range of social media platforms and paper-based communications, including posts related to awareness days, Lendology success stories and team member successes for both B2C and B2B audiences

  • Ensure all content is clear, fair and not misleading and aligned with their Communications Policy and FCA Requirements, following their internal approval process

  • Using analytical tools, assess the success of campaigns and modify them accordingly

  • Create and distribute monthly mailouts to existing and new customers and partners utilising Mailchimp

  • With the support of team members, develop the contacts database to ensure contact details for partners are accurate and utilised

  • Monitor customer feedback, publish and share on social media and with partners

  • Contact customers to create case studies, both verbally and via video

  • Collaborate with our Creative and Website Partners to optimise website SEO, digital presence, and print materials. Take initiative in general SEO tasks such as keyword research, content optimisation, and staying updated on SEO trends to enhance online visibility independently

  • Maintain the Lendology website using WordPress

  • Attend events to network and promote Lendology, fostering new customer and partner relationships.

  • Strengthen communication relationships with Lendology's existing council partners to enhance collaboration and streamline information exchange
  • Support the Operations Director and Communications Manager as required

  • Attend and contribute to regular team meetings to review communications activities, campaign planning and budgets, During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as:

  • Brand management

  • Content creation, SEO and utilising AI

  • Online and offline marketing, including Google Ads certification


  • You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated provider, and also hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.

    The training is delivered using a hybrid model and can be delivered fully remotely if needed. You will have monthly 1-2-1s with your assigned tutor, along with monthly group sessions, where one topic will be covered in detail, and you will have the opportunity to meet and work with all the other apprentices on the course.

    The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded digital marketer. You will learn in detail about:
  • Principles of Marketing

  • Social media

  • Brand management

  • Creating content

  • Evaluating and reviewing campaigns

  • Paid media (PPC) and much more


  • These modules are designed to jump-start your career and make you stand out in an increasingly competitive field, boosting your future earning potential.

    If you have good IT skills, love all things creative and would like to get stuck in managing social media and learn the nuts and bolts of digital marketing, you will thrive in this role! Experience in working with not-for-profit organisations would be a benefit, but not essential.,
