Full Job Description
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions
- Utilise SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and blog posts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials
- Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Maintaining the product Image control on our website
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite
- Organise and attend exhibitions to promote our products
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
- Help shape the company's ESG roadmap and strategy, while taking note of the cost effectiveness and feasibility of each ESG proposal.
- Implement distributor price list updates and managing the changes with our resale customers and internal stakeholders.
- Produce product specification sheets and internal product literature such as used equipment memos.
- Provide on site sales cover including providing quotes to new customers
- Proactive account management of our resale customers which will include customer visits and product training.
- Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust, respect and values
- Communicate with our resale customers to understand their needs and provide details on the value of our products
- Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights on customer behaviour to guide decision making
- Find upsell, renewal and cross-selling opportunities
Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to market products/services effectively and analyze market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of social media management platforms
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Knowledge of SEO and Google AdWords
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 3 years (required)
