You must be IQL/RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualified for this role. A first aid qualification and some experience would also be very desirable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.

You'll join our lifeguarding team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, TW11 8EZ. Facilities here include main and learner pools, fitness suite, spin studio, hydrotherapy pool and studio space. The Centre is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm., You'll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of a service.
You'll be working a shift rota averaging 30 hours per week and this will include a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

Starting salary will be £20,570pa for 30hrs
Salary progression range is £20,570 to £24,142pa
