Junior Hairdresser

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while delivering exceptional customer service., Perform hair consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Recommend appropriate hair care products to clients
- Assist with store management tasks as needed
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Mentor assistants and provide guidance when necessary
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of workstations and salon area
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and ensure satisfaction
- Perform makeup application services if required

Level 2 Hairdressing or near complete
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
- Proficient in a wide range of hair techniques,
- Strong knowledge of hair care products and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work well within a team
