Full Job Description

Fireward installs market-leading automatic fire suppression systems across the UK offering an entire range of systems for a variety of sectors and applications, including heavy plant machinery, vehicles, electrical panels, trains, CNC machines and even residential kitchens.

We are dedicated to designing and installing only the best fire suppression, detecting fires immediately and extinguishing them before they cause catastrophic damage.

We take pride in having the most reliable systems with comprehensive service and support. Following years of development and testing, we are proud that our systems hold multiple approvals and accreditations such as, P-Mark SPCR 183/199, UNECE R107, UL Components and LPCB LPS 1666.

Objectives:

The role contributes to the success of Fireward by supporting the national sales team and delivering fire suppression excellence to our existing and prospective customer base. The key objective is to support the execution of sales targets and increase the national customer portfolio by effectively developing opportunities in the market whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.,

  • Develop and drive new business opportunities via previous contacts and prospecting, passing these to National Sales Managers.

  • Maintain data from customers, contacts and deal on HubSpot CRM system.

  • Establish in-roads nationally to new businesses not on CRM and re-engage with lapsed accounts.

  • Liaise with the Operations teams regarding sales data.

  • Provide sales support to the Head of Sales including compiling weekly and monthly reports.

  • Provide support for end user new customer account set-ups for OEM and OED based sales.

  • Attend trade shows promoting the Fireward brand.

  • Provide technical datasheets, marketing literature and quotes from customer-led enquiries.

    Outstanding communication skills and can demonstrate how this has been used effectively in a team environment

  • Experience necessary to perform this role:
  • Sales Admin experience

  • Strong customer relationships

  • CRM Management

  • Knowledge of heavy plant and machinery would be an advantage
