Intern- E-commerce Account Management assistant (TikTok-focus)(German, Spanish Speaking)

The Account Management assistants will be responsible for assist the account managers to operate multiple TikTok shop accounts, ensuring optimal performance, growth, and client satisfaction. You will also work closely with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to drive traffic, increase conversions, and ultimately boost sales for our e-commerce platform.,

• Manage and nurture relationships with multiple TikTok shop brands, helping TikTok sellers grow their business on TikTok.


• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients to optimize their TikTok shop selling strategies.


• Collaborate with internal teams to give guidance about the content creation strategies.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling TikTok marketing campaigns and content ideas that align with our brand and target audience.


• Responsible for the promotion of online stores, increasing the number of clicks and views on the stores, and working with the team to achieve monthly and annual performance targets.


• Regularly plan online store activities to enhance the store's fame and gather traffic and popularity.


• Assist with affiliate management programs, coordinating with TikTok creators to maximise TikTok creator sales.


• Assist to manage advertising campaigns on TikTok, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to drive traffic and sales for clients.


• Provide guidance and support to clients on shop management best practices, including product selection, pricing, and shop health management.
  
  We are seeking 2 highly motivated and detail-oriented intern-individual to join our team as E-commerce Account Management assistants during the peak sales season for the German and Spanish markets., Of course, fluent English is compulsory to make sure smooth internal team communication, plus either German or Spanish. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok platform, trends, and algorithms, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Or you show your high interest into social media or e-commerce, you're also welcome to apply., Proven experience in account management, preferably within the e-commerce, digital marketing or social media industry.


• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and driving measurable results.


• In-depth knowledge of TikTok's platform, features, and algorithms, with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest social media and e-commerce trends.


Job Type: Internship; Part-time (if you perform excellently, also can become full-time after 3 months)

Internship salary: £500 -£1,000 per month
