Full Job Description

  • Be our in-house ambassador for Norfolk Chambers, providing outstanding customer service, signposting and support to everyone who uses the Hub.

  • Sit in a brand new, unique position at Norfolk Chambers, somewhere between our customer experience account managers, marketing team and events team. A true 'swiss army knife' role.

  • On a daily basis meet and support the full spectrum of Norfolk business, from sole traders to national corporations in every sector you can imagine.

    Someone who can communicate with people at every level of an organisation and relishes the chance to shape their own role and work with a high level of autonomy.


  • Tons of customer service experience in a similar B2B role, and you can turn that experience to meet the needs of our highly customer centric, demand-led organisation.

    Someone who thrives when they are given creative control and gets a buzz from the fast pace and rapid change of our organisation and needs of our membership.

    Proactivity and someone who says "I intend to…" and "My recommendation is…" when looking at a problem or opportunity. We need you to try new things, learn from doing, and be resilient when things don't always work as planned!

    We're Norfolk Chambers of Commerce and it's our mission to connect, support and give voice to EVERY business in Norfolk. As our network continues to grow, our incredible team are finding new ways to engage and support the local business community. That mission has inspired us to create our Business Hub in the centre of Norwich. That's where you come in.

    Over the last 5 years Norfolk Chambers has undergone a significant cultural and digital transformation and the last 18 months have been about the transition from transformation and change into a 5-year plan for growth and innovation. As part of that growth, our vibrant Norfolk businesses have told us they would love a place to come together as a collective, work together, network, meet clients and do business in a comfortable, professional and exciting space at the heart of the business community. So that's what we've done. We've created the Business Hub and now we need a Hub Manager to lead on its growth and evolution.

  • Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 (depending on experience)

  • Holiday: 26 days, plus Bank Holidays.
