Ensure all residents' rooms are clean, tidy and laid out how each resident prefers

Carrying out comprehensive cleaning including washing floors, emptying bins, vacuuming, dusting etc. in all communal areas of the home

Clean and tidy all communal areas such as lounges, dining rooms, kitchens and bathrooms

Wash, dry and iron residents' clothes and households linen to a standard you would expect in your own home

Putting away residents' clothing, knowing how each resident likes to have this stored

Build and maintain relationships with residents, knowing their likes/dislikes and how they like their homes to be cleaned and arranged

Fantastic communication and organisation skills

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
