Full Job Description

We are now in the middle of significant growth with huge ambitions to continue our international growth.

A Head of e-Commerce is sought to lead the digital division across our own brand websites and our partner sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and strategic planning for the Castore Websites


  • Deliver or exceed eCommerce targets and key performance indicators


  • Devise and implement the eCommerce trading strategy, ensuring eCommerce objectives are aligned to the overall aims of the business


  • Develop the international sites,.


  • Management of the Castore app.


  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify initiatives and implement agreed actions that increase sales profitably


  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction


  • Fully utilise the onsite technology from reviews, UGC and search + merch tools


  • Continually assess and analyse digital performance and identify key areas of improvement


  • Ensure all eCommerce platforms & tools are designed & built to maximise all commercial opportunities


  • Lead the Castore eCommerce team, developing high performance individuals


  • Effectively manage eCommerce tools to build profitable customer journeys, eg. selling price monitors, traffic analytics, site search, personalisation, navigation, landing pages etc.


  • Work in close co-operation with colleagues to deliver outstanding performance


  • Manage relevant third party partnerships to ensure the high level of performance

    Project management - ability to manage multiple projects to critical timelines


  • Experience working with a premium product range


  • Track record in consumer facing projects


  • Analytics - proven experience in web analytics and providing meaningful insights


  • Proven ability to deliver commercial results


  • Technical knowledge


  • Team player


  • Excellent communicator


  • International experience


  • Knowledge of marketplaces ideal but not essential
