- Assist with store management tasks, such as inventory management and scheduling appointments
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Apply makeup for special occasions or as requested by clients
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and trends
- Occasionally assist with front desk duties, such as greeting clients and answering phone calls

Proven experience as a hair stylist, with expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling
- Proficiency in eyelash extension application techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of store management tasks, including inventory management and appointment scheduling
- Ability to upsell salon products and services to meet sales targets
- Willingness to mentor junior stylists and share knowledge and expertise
- Flexibility to occasionally assist with front desk duties as needed
