Field Sales Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with existing and developing new accounts to achieve targets, growth, and market share.

Job Role in a snapshot:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through the effective management of existing accounts and generating new business accounts.


• Effective management of customer through optimised contact and visit strategy ranging from routine visits, quarterly reviews, and staff training.


• Thorough understanding of customers strategy and competitor activity and create awareness internally through networking to ensure an appropriate feed into the channel business planning process.


• Develop and implement a jointly agreed customer business plans, to achieve targets in line with Channel strategy, delivering excellent execution of Key Sales Fundamentals.


• Postcodes to cover - CA, NE, DH, SR, LA, DL, TS, FY, PR, BB, BD, HG, YO, HU, WF, LS, HG, HX, HD, OL, SK, CW, CH, LL, TF, SY, ST, WA, M, WN, L
  
  Highly motivated, proactive nature with commercial awareness


• Business development experience


• IT knowledge in excel and easily able to use other Microsoft programmes, numerical analytical


• Organised and visit planning, prioritising workloads


• Good communication skills with customers and head office


• Ability to travel within designated territory


• Knowledge of the pet industry desirable


• Experience of product sales essential
