Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Events & Influencers manager to support our marketing activities in Ireland. Key responsibilities will be event organisation and management (full event ownership from start to finish) as well as influencer & ambassador sourcing, contract negotiations and ongoing relationship management. Key objective will be to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience and bring Grenade to life through both in-person events and ambassador activity.,

  • Plan, coordinate and execute events and sponsorship opportunities from start to finish including but not limited to event outreach, negotiating contracts and partnerships, activation ideas, execution, and post event reporting.


  • Lead all sampling initiatives from planning to execution.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure future opportunities.

  • Make recommendations to the Ireland Brand Manager on future opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the wider Grenade team to ensure that the internal awareness of the event is known to ensure maximum cross-channel amplification - for example, social media.


  • Provide analysis of events, with a focus on developing a clear learning toolkit for future activations.

  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

  • Manage the Ireland Marketing budget for Grenade - including raising POs and reporting where needed.

  • Manage the creation and implementation of POS (sourcing suppliers, creative, printing and delivery), working closely with the Brand Manager.


  • Support the Brand Manager in building out a timeline for the brand campaign calendar.


  • Support the Brand Manager in ad-hoc activities, where required.


  • Work with external agencies where necessary to support the marketing activities.


  • Work with the internal Grenade creative team where necessary.


  • Ability & willingness to travel to brand events across the country is required.


  • Manage company vehicles, including maintenance and local taxes.


  • Have a finger on the pulse of both FMCG and fitness space to ensure up-to-date trend knowledge.


  • Establish and maintain relationships directly with new and existing influencers & ambassadors as well as working with agents, ensuring brand centricity is at the forefront.


  • Delivering plans with ambassadors ensuring the deliverables set out in the contracts are fulfilled.


  • Ensuring all influencers that work with Grenade have a contract and recommend any contract extensions / renewals to the Brand Manager.


  • Outreach management for content creators, micro & macro influencers as well as celebrity ambassadors.


  • Refine current influencer strategies and build new programmes where deemed necessary.


  • Manage the product gifting programme to drive product visibility and demand, this will include keeping within the parameters of the budget provided and working with the operations team to ensure stock levels remain adequate.


  • Collaborate with our social & brand teams where necessary to ensure a presence on Grenade social channels where possible.


  • Ensure all content created is briefed correctly and is on-brand.

    A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
