Deputy Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in, care, or related fields, with a strong focus on leadership and supervisory skills. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a care home care setting., Oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
- Supervise staff members and provide guidance on best practices in care provision

Previous experience in a care home setting.

You will have to be available to cover sickness and holidays this would include some occasional weekend work and cover at other homes within the company.
