Full Job Description

With our excellent team of in-house Emergency Call Handlers we maintain our own 24/7/365 Alarm Receiving Centre, along with our own Mobile Response Team.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and Emails

  • Dealing with enquiries, providing information on the service we deliver

  • Support our clients with the onboarding process

  • Technical queries

  • Taking Payments

  • Offboarding clients


  • You will strive to deliver the highest standard of customer service and promote a positive experience for our clients.
