Full Job Description

  • Maximise the return from targeted marketing campaigns across CRM channels, through the definition and creation of player audiences.

  • Build and run post campaign reporting to support future campaign planning and development and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Create new data fields for campaigns selections, ensuring that data developed is fit for campaign purposes.

  • Make actionable recommendations on the basis of appropriate data and analysis that will be used to optimise CRM campaigns and drive the digital strategy.

  • Support the CRM Data team to drive the targeting of our outbound player communications, selecting the most appropriate player groups for targeted campaigns based on current or predicted behaviour.

  • Support the Campaign Governance Manager to ensure the operational integrity of our player targeting activity and adherence with processes, To support the CRM Data team in the definition and creation of Player audiences.

  • Improvement of marketing ROI through the delivery of high quality, accurate and well thought through player audiences.

  • To proactively recommend potential improvements / enhancements to campaign execution based on the performance review of prior targeted campaigns.


  • Analytics
  • Utilise SQL and analytics tools to analyse campaign effectiveness and contribute towards reviews of campaign performance.

  • Understand and interpret results seen in dashboards in order to recommend appropriate targeting for future campaigns.

  • Automate reports where possible and work with technology to evolve and optimise dashboards.


  • CRM Data
  • Create new fields and data aggregations for CRM campaigns, ensuring that the data available meets business requirements and is suitable for business needs.

  • Support the team to identify opportunities to optimise the data held within the CRM platform.


  • Integrity and Governance
  • To ensure that in the selection of Player audiences, participant protection principles are adhered to and audiences are not put at risk through our targeted campaigns.

  • To support the Campaign Governance & Decisioning Managers in validating audience selections. Ensuring that lists are clean, accurate, up to date with marketing permissions etc.


  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong network of relationships with stakeholders across departments to enable things to get done quickly and effectively

    1 years' relevant work experience or a higher level education qualification in a relevant field.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a deadline oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems.

  • Experience of SQL or other programming languages.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications and processes.

  • Ability to evaluate quantitative data sets and determine "big picture" implications.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • As part of our onboarding processes, all successful candidates will need to complete both a Pre-Employment Screening process and a Fit & Proper check by the Gambling Commission. These checks include a DBS (an enhanced check, which shows convictions and conditional cautions), credit and social media checks. As part of our application process, you will be asked to identify in advance if you have spent or unspent convictions that we need to be aware of.

    Should you not disclose convictions at the application stage, not pass the Fit & Proper Check process or not complete your Pre-Employment Screening then unfortunately you may not pass our probation process.
