Full Job Description

As a cosmetic enquiry specialist, you are the start of a patient's cosmetic surgery journey. Delivering a high level of customer service is paramount, alongside being able to build a relationship with each individual patient. Effective communication skills are essential for understanding and addressing patients' expectations and requirements. Your primary responsibilities will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, facilitating their conversion into scheduled consultations. We've established a great commission-based structure where you'll have individual targets to meet each month. An understanding of the cosmetic market is not critical, you will receive full support and guidance from Team Leaders and the Contact Centre Manager every step of the way! We are looking for an outgoing, ambitious, positive candidate to join our expanding team., · Efficiently convert enquiries into initial consultations with chosen surgeon, logging all enquiries and conversions on Pall Mall Medical's CRM system and management software systems.

· Deal with all enquiries professionally, proactively and in a timely manner.

· Become an expert on all our procedures, services (including pricing), and surgeon profiles, ensuring patients know exactly what Pall Mall Cosmetics can provide.

· Coordinate and schedule appointments.

· Meet personal deadlines and set targets.

· Deliver 5-star customer service & patient experience to all, including VIP patients such as, media stars and influencers.

· Effectively communicate with patients, consultants and other staff - within the PMC Clinics & external facilities - providing accurate, timely, and responsive information

· Demonstrate understanding, courtesy and empathy towards patients when necessary.

· Various other tasks as required to be necessary for the needs of the business.

  • · Computer literate with good working knowledge of all MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

    · Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

    · Ability to follow procedure and be a team player.
  • Problem solver, with ability to think out of the box.

  • Experience in sensitive data management and complaints handling.

  • Proven track record in a similar role (outbound bookings/sales), In a stressful environment, we want to work with good people. People who make the difficult times easier and the good times better., A-Level or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 2 years (preferred)

    Hours: Full Time, 7.5 hour shifts between Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, & Saturdays 9am-3pm. Overtime during evenings & weekends (WFH)., Salary: OTE £25,000 - £30,000 (basic 22-25k based on experience + monthly commission 3.6k-6k p/a), · Company Pension
