Full Job Description

  • Content Strategy: Lead and execute strategic planning of content activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences. Develop innovative content strategies to drive organic traffic growth and engagement.

  • Proactive Content Development: Proactively identify content opportunities and develop creative strategies to capitalise on them. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to generate compelling content ideas and concepts.

  • Content Maintenance and Analysis: Conduct content audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. Implement best practices and maintain comprehensive content guidelines and standards.

  • Keyword Research and Optimisation: Utilise advanced keyword research techniques to inform content creation and optimisation strategies. Optimise content for search engines and user experience, maximising visibility and engagement.

  • Reporting and Communication: Communicate progress and results effectively to internal teams and clients. Provide comprehensive content performance reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

    This role is perfect for someone with a strategic mindset, ready to lead our content efforts and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment. The perfect candidate would be ready to work in a fast-paced, fun environment, where collaboration between teams is key to our combined success, and having a passion for achieving tangible results for colleagues and clients is a must. You will be working on multiple projects at once and should be comfortable with a changeable workload and be able to organise and prioritise accordingly., Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy roles, preferably within an agency environment.

  • Strong proficiency in developing and executing content strategies across various channels such as websites and web pages, paid media, blogs and email.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A solid understanding of SEO best practices and how content can enhance SEO performance.


  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing content end-to-end, from strategy development to implementation and optimisation.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights from content performance metrics.

  • Passion for customer success and online excellence, with a keen eye for emerging trends.

  • Being a real team player and being able to collaborate is a must.

  • Experience using a range of content tool such as SEMrush, Surfer SEO and SE Ranking.
