Chef De Partie

As our Chef De Partie, you will operate in a large-scale fresh food setting, utilising local suppliers and freshly prepared produce. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, freshly made food in large quantities, crafting daily specials to serve our five food outlets that cater to thousands of customers each day, all while collaborating with a back-of-house team of 30 colleagues.

The Chef De Partie position is perfect for a hardworking, disciplined individual who is a team player with abundant stamina and a friendly demeanor.

• Essential: At least 1 year of experience as a Chef De Partie in a comparable food service setting.



• Must have experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment.



• Capable of leading and mentoring a small team, as well as collaborating within a larger team.



• Quick learning and a passion for food are vital, as cooking in a high-pressure kitchen is challenging but immensely gratifying.



• Demonstrates the capacity to work swiftly and efficiently under pressure.
  
  The role offers full time hours of 40 average weekly hours annualised over a 12 month period, stepping up your hours at peak (October to December) and working less in non-peak (January - March) you'll have one set day off each week, and work alternate weekends and an evening shift (but only until 8/9pm!).


• Please note, during the induction and training period of 6 months, the successful candidate will need to work every weekend having 2 weekday shifts off.
