Everyday is different! Nikki Thompson - Assistant Director says 'I started my career with The Salvation Army in August 2002 as a Care Assistant. Over my 20 years in Older Peoples Services, I have been supported to progress from Care Assistant, through other roles to now be Assistant Director with line management responsibility for a number of homes. I have remained in Older Peoples Services because of the care and passion that the service shows to our residents - it is truly Rooted in Love'
