Full Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong multitasking skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately

- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and other alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

- Handle cash transactions and process payments

- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences

- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Previous experience in bartending or working in a restaurant/bar setting is preferred

- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
