Associate Director Quality and Personalised Care

As a senior member of the Locality Management Team, the post will develop andmaintain effective working relationships with key partners including: Bolton NHS Foundation Trust Bolton Council Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust Bolton CVS Healthwatch Bolton GM Localities GMIC and NHSE AQUA and the AHSC Care Quality CommissionNHS GM Integrated Care - Template JDPS January 2023 4 Bolton Primary CareOversee / coordinate the identification and management of risks, ensuring appropriateorganisational capacity and capability to undertake effective risk management.Support the Locality Secretary in promoting good governance, building organisationaland individual capacity and capability and ensuring inclusion in and compliance withmandatory training programmes.Support the Board Secretary in ensuring the Locality complies with a wide range ofstatutory and other requirements, including production, distribution and presentationof the annual report.Provide advice and guidance to other senior
managers on issues of effectivegovernance.Ensure that all complaints are investigated and responded to within nationally definedtimescales. Design and manage a robust complaints function and ensure effectiveleadership of complaints management which ensures that the organisation respondsappropriately and learns from complaints.Work closely with the Localitys external legal advice providers with respect tocomplaints, claims and performance concerns.Member of the Localitys Director On-Call Rota.
