Assistant Manager

Our Bar Staff members love meeting new people and interacting with customers, so we're looking for individuals with a warm and friendly personality, as well as previous servering experience. Our restaurant features wine, cocktails and craft beer on tap, which we prepare using the freshest ingredients. We're located on campus and can sometimes get quite busy, so our staff needs to work together as a team to ensure that all orders are promptly filled.,

• Mix drinks and cocktails in a timely manner.


• Handle the bar equipment and maintain them in good working order.


• Ensure that the bar and all of its contents are clean and tidy at all times.


• Complete administrative tasks such as inputting orders and ensuring their accuracy.


• Communicate with customers to take orders, provide information, and answer questions.


• Follow standard operating procedures when dealing with customers.
  
  Catering: 1 year (preferred)


• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)


• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: £11.44-£13.50 per hour,
