King Charles Primary School is seeking to recruit an Information Communications Technician Apprentice. Working for the school, the role will involve supporting staff and students with IT activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an educational environment, for someone who has a passion for solving technical problems and a willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will provide effective IT support to school staff and students. After training you will establish and diagnose ICT problems and faults, document or escalate ICT tasks, ensure a clear audit trail and progression of issues and apply appropriate testing to hardware, software or cabling.

You will be responsible for assisting the IT Team with support issues when required such as creating user accounts and ensuring IT systems are working as expected. You will also help in the monitoring, upkeep and allocation of IT resources.
